Raxen is a stamp collection management app designed to help you organize stamp records, photos, categories, favorites, and statistics. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and transparently.
By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice.
Depending on your location and the services used to support the app, information may be processed in different countries or regions, including locations outside your home country. Where transfers occur, we take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place and that service providers are contractually required to handle data securely and only as instructed by us.
We use information only to provide, maintain, and improve the app’s core features, including stamp record management, category organization, search and filtering, statistics, local backups, and support for paid features such as coin-based unlocks.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not use your information for profiling. We do not sell your data. We do not rent or trade your data. We do not use your data for AI training, model optimization, or any similar purpose.
Information you provide: You may enter stamp details such as country or region, year, denomination, theme, condition, collection status, quantity, notes, reference price, priority, and custom categories. You may also choose to add photos of stamps.
Information collected automatically: The app may collect technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash information, and basic usage diagnostics needed to keep the app functioning properly.
Cookies and similar technologies: The app itself does not rely on browser cookies in the same way a website does. If any web-based page or embedded service is used, it may use limited technical storage necessary for operation, security, or session management.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access your information, correct inaccurate information, delete records, export your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Raxen does not provide facial recognition, face matching, biometric identification, biometric analysis, or face template creation. The app is not designed to infer identity from facial data.
If any image is temporarily processed for user-selected functionality, it is handled only for that immediate purpose and is deleted after processing is complete unless you explicitly keep it in your own collection records.
All AI-related processing, if ever used, occurs exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use third-party AI services to process user data. We do not allow any third party to perform AI processing on our behalf.
Any temporary processing data is deleted after completion. We do not use user data for AI model training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, or optimization.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party for their own use.
We may rely on a limited number of third-party infrastructure providers for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic operations only. These providers act solely on our behalf and under our instructions, are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security, and are not permitted to use user data for advertising, profiling, AI training, model optimization, redistribution, or any independent purpose. They are not allowed to independently access or use user content except as needed to provide the contracted infrastructure service.
We do not disclose user content to third parties except where necessary to operate the service under our instructions, or where required by applicable law.
Raxen is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that information from a child under 17 has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the app and meet legal, operational, or security requirements.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or our practices. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised notice.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Raxen, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice and consent to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, please do not use the app.
