By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Raxen, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and any policies or notices incorporated into it by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
When you use Raxen on your device, you confirm that you understand these terms apply to your use of the service, including the collection, organization, search, statistics, purchases, and export features described below.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Raxen at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement, used the service unlawfully, attempted to disrupt the app, or created risk to other users, the service, or our rights.
You may stop using Raxen at any time. If you uninstall the app or cease using it, these terms will still apply to any prior use, including any continuing obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
You are responsible for all data, notes, images, and other content you enter into Raxen, including postal records, photos of stamps, pricing notes, and any information imported or manually added by you. You must ensure that any content you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device, Apple ID, and any account or purchase credentials used in connection with the app. We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect those credentials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raxen and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the app or the relevant in-app purchase that gave rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Raxen is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, updates, network conditions, device compatibility, and third-party service dependencies may affect performance.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the service at any time, including features, limits, pricing, or content-related functionality, without liability except where required by law.
Raxen is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, that results will be accurate or complete, or that any defect will be corrected.
Raxen may offer virtual coins and related premium features through Apple in-app purchase mechanisms. Coins are a consumable virtual currency used to unlock features or expand limits within the app, such as added stamp capacity, custom categories, enhanced statistics, reminders, or export functionality.
Coins have no real-world cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable, transferable, or exchangeable for money or any other monetary equivalent. Except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies, all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. If you delete the app, lose access to your device, or stop using the service, unused coins may not be recoverable.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Raxen, including stamp records, photographs, notes, and other materials you upload or create in the app. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, sync, or improve the app and its features. This license ends when your content is deleted from the service or when continued processing is no longer required for service operation, subject to legal retention obligations.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Raxen for lawful, non-commercial personal collection management purposes, subject to this Agreement and any applicable platform terms.
You may not use the service beyond what is expressly allowed, and no ownership rights in the app, its features, or its underlying technology are transferred to you.
Raxen is a stamp collection record and management application designed for users, including philately enthusiasts, who want to maintain a personal catalog of stamps. The service supports recording key stamp attributes such as country or region, issue year, denomination, theme, condition, collecting status, quantity, photos, and notes. It is focused specifically on stamp collecting rather than general collectibles or memorabilia.
The app includes browsing, search, filtering, sorting, and statistics tools organized around collections, want lists, and user profile management. Users may organize items by country, year, theme, and status, and may unlock additional features with coins, including custom categories, value estimates, advanced analytics, reminders, and export options. The service is designed as a local-first collection tool and does not depend on maps or audio/video functionality.
Raxen may store stamp and category data in local database storage, keep images in the device sandbox, and retain account-related settings in secure device storage. The app may also request permission to access the photo library for image selection and may request tracking authorization where applicable.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. If we do, we may post an updated version or otherwise make the revised terms available through the app or other reasonable means. The updated terms will become effective when posted unless we specify another effective date.
Your continued use of Raxen after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the app.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raxen, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your content, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement or violation of any rights of another person or entity.
This obligation applies to claims brought by third parties as well as to regulatory or governmental proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
You may not use Raxen in any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or abusive manner. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the app’s security or access controls; using bots, scrapers, automated scripts, or other unauthorized automation; interfering with, overloading, or disrupting the service; and uploading malicious code, spam, harassment, or other harmful content.
You also may not use the app to infringe intellectual property rights, misappropriate personal data, impersonate others, or circumvent purchase limits, feature restrictions, or other technical or business controls.
Raxen, including its software, design, user interface, branding, logos, text, graphics, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted to you in this Agreement, no rights are transferred or assigned.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, publicly display, or create derivative works from the app or its content except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Raxen, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction if higher. By using the app, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to comply with its terms.
If you are using the app on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.
Any statistics, summaries, sorting results, estimates, reminders, exports, or other outputs generated by Raxen are automated and provided for informational purposes only. They may depend on the completeness and accuracy of the data you enter, and they may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
You acknowledge that any reliance on generated results is at your own risk. We make no guarantee that automated results will be accurate, complete, suitable for any purpose, or sufficient for valuation, investment, appraisal, tax, insurance, or recordkeeping decisions.
This Agreement and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of Raxen will be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
Where permitted by law, you agree that disputes will be brought in the appropriate courts or forums with proper jurisdiction over the matter.
